In order to help dogs that are not as privileged as this guy, MPR has made the decision to embrace Riggs' good fortune and set his adoption fee to $400.00. The fee will include vaccinations, wormers, neuter, microchip and precious assistance to less fortunate dogs. Please remember that no one at MPR is paid for their hard work. We are a non-profit organization. The adoption fee of this puppy is not going in anyone’s pocket but the dogs. It is for THEIR sake that we are raising the fee. The contribution of this puppy's adopter will save many lives.
