A supporting characters in the Kung Fu Panda movie, Tigress is a master of the Tiger Style of kung fu. Tigress was left at the doorstep of the Bao Gu Orphanage for unknown reasons by her parents when she was an infant.
Tigress was found wandering the streets and a member of the public brought her in to the city shelter. We do not have any additional information regarding her past. She doesn't show signs of abuse and seems to have been a pet before.

Dark beauty with a striking black brindle coat. She's absolutely gorgeous. She's big-boned and very well proportionate.
Tigress is fostered in a home with 2 human adults and a 6 yo male Pit Bull. She is crated when home alone but sleeps free in the house. Her foster mom assures us that she is no trouble at all.
There's a 4 foot picket fence in her foster home and she respects it.
Tigress loves to see her leash in your hand. She gets very excited about heading out the door. She needs a little work but is so eager to please that additional training will not be an issue.
She loves to play with toys but will also lay on the couch and watch television with you. She gives the sweetest little kisses.
Tigress is a happy goofball with a very easy-going personality. She is easy to handle and her level of energy is medium. She is a bit on the submissive side but not shy at all. She is very responsive and eager to please.

She loves meeting new people and being loved on. She will give kisses to everyone. She can be a little mouthy when she gets excited but is easily redirected to toys. She loves chewing on her Nylabone. She is outgoing and very people-friendly.

Tigress loves to play and run around the backyard with her foster brother. When he is done with playing, she understands and will walk away. We have no reason to believe she wouldn't do great in a home with a compatible male dog.

Foster mom reports that Tigress is house trained and crate trained. She is learning sit and stay. Tigress is eager to please and loves treats so training will be effortless.
She is so silly when she plays with squeaky toys. She will toss it around in the air and pounce on it. She loves her toys.
