"A rolling stone gathers no moss." (and neither do PUPPIES!)
Intro/Story (how the dog was rescued) Stone came from Craigslist at 4 weeks old. He was unhealthy at the time of rescue and was not getting the proper nutrition for a puppy. After some medication, proper diet, and TCL, Stone became a happy healthy puppy.

As of now, Sunday evening April 4th, Stone has received enough applications already. We are confident that his home is among those applications so no need to apply for him anymore.
If you have room in your heart and in your home to adopt a dog, please look at all our available sweethearts. Adults need home too.
Stone lives in a foster home. 2 adults live in the home. No Children. The yard is fenced, but Stone is also taken on regular walks. I live in town and he is taken on outings with me. He walks well on leash, but has only been walked with a harness. He does well in the car, but usually wants to sit on my lap unless he is in the back with the other dogs. During the day he is in a mesh pen (has yet to try and get out) and enjoys his living area. He is still working on Potty Training in the house, but NEVER has accidents in his pen! Often times at night if he is tired he will go lay in his pen on his own. At night he sleeps in bed with me. He would do fine sleeping in his pen. He sleeps in when sleeping with me and that is why he has started sleeping with me. I believe that the ideal living situation would be a home that is able to provide stone with metal and physical exercise on a daily basis. He enjoys the company of other dogs. I am sure he would do well with older children. He is still mouthy at time as most puppies are.
Stone is very outgoing. He is an independent puppy that loves the play. When he is tired he becomes more cuddly. For being a puppy Stone is well behaved and is a good listener. He is very food motivated. He is smart and eager to learn. He enjoys meeting new people. I would consider Stone is moderate in behavior as he is not hyper, but more determined. He is moderate in his energy level as well, typical puppy of playing hard and resting in-between. Not mature enough to know if he has a high pray drive, very unware at this point. He is a courageous puppy, but at times will get scared.
Behavior with people:
Good with adults
Behavior with children:
Unknown, has never been around. I am sure he would be good with older children. May be too mouthy for young children.
Behavior with other dogs:
He does very well with other dogs. He has been around other dogs outside of his foster siblings and hasn’t had any trouble interacting with them.
Behavior with other animals:
He has not been around animals other than dogs. Since he is young I am sure that he would adapt to other animals.
Stone can sit and is working on shake. He is create trained and does not have accidents when in his pen. He is not housebroken but we are working on it. Stone is responsive and eager to please when the reward is food.
I would have to say how mature he is for a puppy. It is funny to watch such a small, young puppy take on the world. And at the end of a long day he cuddles onto your lap and melts your heart. BONUS is he showers his human with kisses often!
