Oscar

Oscar liked to think of himself as a ladies man, but he was somewhat awkward around females, accidentally bumping into a pillar when trying to seduce Lola and stuttering when he tried to tell Angie how he felt about her.

Adoption Fee: $150
Breed:  Pit Bull
Sex:  Male
Age:  7-9 mths
Weight:  Growing
Color:  White & Black

Health Condition:

Oscar is currently being treated for kennel cough.  Otherwise Oscar is healthy and ready for his new forever family.

Physical Description:

Oscar is still growing into his body.  His uncoordinated movements are a dead giveaway that he is still indeed a puppy.  He has a beautiful soft coat with a perfect mix of black and white.

Living Situation:

Oscar is currently in a foster home.  He is surrounded

by teenagers and dogs.  His foster home has cats as

well, but he has yet to be introduced. Oscar is crated

when home alone and during the night.

Personality:

Oscar is well behaved for his age.  He tends to be pretty

laid back.  Sweet is a word that continues to get used

when describing him.  Seems like we might have an old

soul on our hands!

Behavior with people:

Oscar enjoys meeting and interacting with people.

He has yet to meet a stranger.

Behavior with children:

Oscar is in a foster home with teenagers and does

well.  While Oscar has yet to meet young kids, he

gives us no reason to believe he wouldn't thrive in

a home with kids.

Behavior with other dogs:

Oscar enjoys interacting with the other dogs in the home.

We would place Oscar in a home with a compatible female

dog.

Behavior with other animals:

Oscar has not met any other animals, but isn't showing

signs of high pray drive.  There is a chance Oscar could

live in a home with small animals.

Training:

Oscar is still mastering his potty training.  He has had a couple

of accidents, but is showing improvement. Coming into a new

environment can take adjustment.  Oscar is working in basic

commands.

Best Attribute:

He personality!
