A play on the word "minimally" because she is a tiny little thing.
Mini Mally came in to the city pound as a stray. She was severely underweight, weighing in at 28 pounds. The owners were contacted because she had a microchip but they did not claim her.
Adoption Fee: $150
Breed: Pit Bull
Age: 10-24 mths
Weight: 30-40 lbs growing
Color: White & Black
Healthy, spayed, vaccinated. microchipped and ready for adoption!
White with dark, blue-black patches. Itty bitty. She is a small girl, but may still have a little growing to do. We dont think she'll be much over 45 lbs when full gown if she even gets there.
Mini is currently staying in a foster with adults only and a 7 year old male Pit Bull. There is a large yard with 4 foot wooden picket fence in her foster.
Mally is crated when foster parents are gone and at night. She whines a little when put to bed at night but then falls asleep. Her foster family leaves a nylabone with her in her crate and that helps. She has had a few accidents in her crate but is making progress. She has had no accidents in the house. She is taken outside quite a bit to help her learn the routine.
Foster mom describes her as a little ball of puppy energy. She is outgoing and enjoys meeting people. She is super smart and loves to learn tricks.
She's still a puppy and is a little mouthy but is learning. She needs chew toys to help distract her from chewing on people and shoes. She loves, loves, loves squeaky toys.
Behavior with people:
Super friendly, and always thrilled to make new friends. A fun-loving little clown who loves to play and be the light of the party. She can be a little jumpy when greeting people but is getting better and can be easily redirected.
Behavior with children:
Behavior with other dogs:
Mally loves to play with her foster brother, even though he's not always on board with her puppy antics. She has a lot of energy and does not always know when to walk away. She will need a tolerant playmate, preferably younger and playful. She could also do well as an only pet.
Behavior with other animals:
Mally is treat motivated and willing to learn. She knows how to sit and we are working on additional training. She is all puppy and has a lot of puppy tendencies and puppy energy.
She is a goofball. Give her a squeaky toy and just sit back and watch the show. If you love puppy silliness, you will love this girl.
