Derived from the flower named Lily, Lillian is a symbol of innocence, purity, and beauty.
Lillian is a beautiful 8 to 12 month old itty bitty blue brindle puppy. We don't know how she initially lost her home but she was terrified at the pound. She is warming up now that she is in a loving foster home and does especially well when in the company of another outgoing dog.

Lillian is healthy as can be and is up to date on all vaccinations. She is ready for her forever home!
Note that Lilly is a little smaller than average for her age and might be mix, possibly with a Pug or Beagle.
Lillian is fostered in a home with an older German Shepherd. She does well with him and has been around other dogs as well. There's a medium/large fenced yard in her foster home but Lilly also goes on walks on a regular basis. She is kept in a crate when her foster family is at work. Foster mom says she's been no trouble at all.
She is just as sweet as she looks. She takes a little time to open up her personality when first meeting people but once she comes out of her shell, she is a sweetheart with so much love to give everyone around her. She is a people person and just can't get enough of the love her foster parents are giving her.
Behavior with people:
She gets along great with all the adults she has met so far.
Behavior with children:
Lillian has not been introduced to any children yet. She is a puppy, so she will go through the typical puppy stages of jumping, nibbling, and learning boundaries, etc, but we see no issue with her and children. She would do great in a home growing up with kids. Because she is a little sensitive however, we prefer a home with older, gentle and respectful children.
Behavior with other dogs:
Lillian has met dogs in her foster home. She loves to play with them and see what other dogs are all about. Lillian will do well in a home with a compatible male.
Behavior with other animals:
Lillian has not met any other animals yet.
Lillian is going through all the basic commands in her foster home. She is a puppy and will need an adjustment period when getting into a new home environment. She is going through potty training and is doing well.
Lillian's beautiful coat can be seen from miles away. She is gorgeous and those eyes just suck you right in. She is a sweetheart in every way possible. She is loving life with a foster family and can't wait for her forever family to come meet her.
