An incredibly sweet and long lasting flavorful chew that comes in a variety of fun assorted flavors. With jokes on every wrapper, unwrap some delicious silliness.
This adorable puppy was left in an abandoned apartment and was brought into the city pound by animal control. Despite her ordeal, she was all smiles and tail wags when the staff did her intake. They were so impressed by her positive spirit that they selected her for our program right away.

Age: 6-10 mts
Weight: 45 Lbs, Growing
We are in the process of clearing out a little bladder infection. Otherwise, Laffy is healthy and ready for adoption.
Liver and white with THE cutest little red nose. Seriously. Look at that face!
Fostered in a home with a single mom and a 5 yo little girl. She also has a doggy foster brother who's a male Jack Russell Terrier, approx 4/5 years old.
Crate-training is in progress but Laffy hasn't had any accident in the house since her arrival. Foster mom works from home so is able to take her outside on regular intervals.
There is a 5' chain link fence in the yard, which Laffy respects.
A word from foster mom: "I am home all day, everyday. She hasn’t been alone. We are crate/rotate with my dog Max. She is out every other hour during the day beginning at 7 AM and ending at 11:00PM. She doesn’t mind this routine whatsoever and always walks into her crate nicely (usually very worn out)."
Laffy is very smart and filled with a love for life. Her perfect home will have a fence, maybe some older children to play with.
Like any puppy her age, she needs an owner who is committed to training and consistency. She is going to grow into an incredible dog.
She loves to play fetch, and do zoomies in the yard. She is also a bit mouthy, and will attempt to chew your hand if she can. She is currently being redirected to toys and nylabones. This is going very well.
Laffy Taffy is a little uneasy in the car and should be restrained with a crate.
Overall, Laffy has the perfect disposition to become an incredible adult. She needs training and a calm, consistent owner.
She is learning the ropes and is quite intelligent.
Behavior with people:
Typical young Pit Bull! She loves people and doesnt know a stranger. She can be a little exuberant in her greetings but is learning to control her enthusiasm. She's a work in progress but full of potential.
Behavior with children:
Laffy is very friendly with children and prefers them to adults. She is however, unaware of her size and will jump up when really excited. She's just a happy puppy and acts according to her age. Foster mom is working on teaching her better manners. She is responsive.
Behavior with other dogs:
Introductions are still in progress but she has shown positive interest in her foster brother Max.
Behavior with other animals:
She seemed excited to see a cat when on a walk. She didn’t pull the leash - just perplexed about what the creature might be. Foster mom says that she also loves to watch their goldfish while relaxing on the couch.
She knows how to sit and stay. She is content in her crate with a frozen peanut butter Kong for bed.
She loves to go on walks, but enjoys walking herself (carrying the leash in her mouth). When this happens, her walk stops and she is ignored. We are already seeing an improvement.
She is housebroken and will cry at the door if she needs to go outside. Please keep in mind that her foster mom is home all day so we dont know how long Laffy would hold it if someone was gone all day. She doesn't have accidents during the night though.
Update: Laffy was asking for the door a little too often so we took her in for a UTI and she is currently being treated.
Laffy’s best trait is her absolute joie-de-vivre and how contagious it is. She finds joy in everything and is eager to go on whatever adventure her people are. She is smart and picking up on manners very quickly. But she already has so many basics down.
