Goddess of snow, child of Boreas the North wind and Winter. Since she was very beautiful, she had countless suitors, including the two gods.
We found this beauty at the city pound and her sweet personalty immediately charmed us as well as the intake staff. The chaos of an overcrowded city shelter was hard on her so she was tagged for rescue and placed into a temporary foster until we could bring her into our program.

Khione has a beautiful angelic white coat. She has the perfect pink nose and light eyes to match. Khione is average size for a female APBT and very well proportioned.
Kai is crate trained and house trained. She briefly lived with a male dog while awaiting for a spot in our program and did well with him. She is now housed at the shelter, doing all she can to keep her chin up. Shelter life is hard on her and she is quite heart broken, feeling like she's been abandoned again. We hope she won't have to wait too long until a family gives her a chance. Kiki very much wants to belong.
Khione is a sweet lady, slightly sensitive but very outgoing. She is middle ground when it comes to energy level.
Ki doesn't have a dominant nature but is not shy or meek either. She is eager to be loved and has a hard time with homeless life. That said, she doesn't seem like the type to cause problems when home alone. All she wants is a family to love and be loved by.
Behavior with people:
Kai enjoys making new friends and loves everyone she meets. She thrives in the company of her humans and loves to cuddle with them. This dog is very affectionate and might be a little more into snuggling than playing.
Behavior with children:
Unknown but nothing in her behavior indicates that she could be a problem with children. She should enjoy their company since she loves people so much but keep in mind that she is a sensitive sweetie and might become concerned if the kids are too boisterous with her.
Behavior with other dogs:
Kai did well in her foster home with the resident dog. Foster home is breed savvy and knows how to control triggers and supervised the dogs. We believe that Kiki would do good in a home with a compatible male, though she wouldn't mind being the only furry princess either.
Behavior with other animals:
Unknown. We haven't notice a high prey drive but Khione hasn't been around cats that we know of.
She is crate trained and house trained. Kai knows how to sit, lay down and shake. She is very treat motivated and does well with training.
Her snuggling skills. Come on, she is a world-class snuggler. Does it get any better than that?
